Share and promote your Online Store for customers to shop anytime 24/7. They place their own orders and you get the sales. They can choose to ship directly to themselves or to you.


Host a pop-up boutique at your house or a meet up at the coffee bar. Make lists of your customers’ favorites for placing multiple orders later.




Order whenever you want within each two-week campaign period — any time on your schedule.

To place an order:

  • Go to My Orders.
  • Enter a customer name and campaign number.
  • Order products by item number or shop online brochures.
  • Collect the full-price order total from the customer and pay your discounted Rep cost, clear the difference as your earnings.
  • Pay by QuikPay, credit card or using your Avon credit line.

On Your Online Store

Customers shop your online store like they would any other retail site.

They can choose delivery directly to them or to you— either way, you get the sales!



From Customers (

Collect the full-price order total in cash, check or PayPal.
When you pay your discounted Rep cost on, you clear the difference as your earnings.

From Avon

  • Earnings from sales on your online store will be credited to your Direct Deposit account.
  • Rewards and earnings from incentives will be added to your Avon prepaid card.

All items, including demos, samples, sales tools and brochures, count toward your order total, which determines your earnings percentage for most products.

The only exception is “fixed earnings” products (mostly fashion and home) which earn a fixed 20% (25% for members of the President’s Recognition Program). You’ll see them marked with a  symbol in both the print and online brochures.

Share your store through email and social media so customers can shop anytime — 24/7 convenience and direct shipping for them, less work and no deliveries or handling for you!

You’ll earn the same on your online store sales as you do on orders. And it’s the perfect way to grow long-distance or hard-to-get-to customers.

When your customers order from your online store, they can choose delivery directly to themselves or to you. In-stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours and shipping for orders $40 or over is always free.

Orders containing products with ingredients designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law can be shipped by Standard Ground delivery only. This includes items such as nail enamels and some bath and body products.

*Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional handling charge of 15% of your merchandise total for Alaska and 12% for Hawaii. The minimum charge is $7. Products with ingredients considered hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Return any product within 120 days for a full refund. Get one free return per month through Online Returns.

If your customers need to return products for any reason, they can return any item within 90 days for a full refund — just follow the directions on the back of the packing slip. If the return is due to an Avon error, return shipping’s on us.
